The idea behind Pathway Packs didn’t come from a boardroom or a brainstorm. It started with a simple conversation between friends about backpacks. In a garage filled with school supplies and vision, Darshan, Cole, and Amalan saw more than just notebooks and pencils. They saw an opportunity to serve.

Their friendship grew through student leadership and community work, but what bonded them was a shared belief that every child deserves the tools to succeed. What began as a local backpack drive for one elementary school has grown into a nonprofit serving over a dozen school districts across Texas.

What started with a few backpacks quickly turned into a movement. Fueled by late-night packing sessions, generous community partners, and a mission rooted in equity, the team transformed a simple idea into a growing network of support for thousands of students across Texas.
